Japan 1919, the special issue for peace agreement after world war I, all 4 stamps in horizontal strips with 3 stamps, mounted on a peace of a side of the UPU-book with 3 line rubber- cancel: „SPECIMEN / COLLECTION / MAURITANIE”.
