Stamps tied by “B / 172” concentric octagon killers, with associated red SINGAPORE / P.O. cds. on reverse. Front shows red manuscript “1 / 1” credit to England, red LONDON / PAID transit, red manuscript “16” cent credit to the US, plus N.YORK AM.
