Dubai British Period - 1948 June 9th. Registered airmail cover sent from the R.A.F. Sharjah to R.A.F.Habbaniya, Irak. In 1948 mail from the the R.A.F was usually handled by the Dubai Post Office before being returned to Sharjah for onward air transmission. Very rare item of Dubai and Sharjah postal history.
