Russia 1896 (June) business envelope from Cornholme in England, paying 1/2d printed matter rate, addressed to Peter Kalugin in Bogoslov volost in Bogorodsk district, sent via Moscow (1 July) to the Zemstvo Head Post Office (5 July), where local 2k yellow brown (“dolgovaya” - indebted) stamp was added to pay the required fee for local delivery, minor creases, otherwise fine.
