Romania 1858 (Nov): Newspaper stamp: 5 pa. black on bluish wove paper, used example with four margins, particularly large margin at right cancelled by complete JASSY/MOLDOVA datestamp in blue (21/5) 1859; almost imperceptible thin at lower left, however without repairs and an exceptionally rare stamp; with just 708 printed and only 32 used example recorded.
