Romania 27 parale black on rose laid paper, a very fine used example on small piece cancelled by crisp upright strike of ‘Jassy/Moldova’ in red. Margins close but clear at left and base and extremely large margin at right. Stamp lifted from piece for inspection and hinged back into place. A wonderful example of this exceedingly rare stamp.
