Russia Imperial 1910 (9.2) registered money parcel card (for 150r), with “Valeur Declaree” bilingual label, franked with 1k, 2k, 20k and 3x25k, all cancelled by perfin “Kiev 2 GR” in Cyrillic, sent via Odessa to Jerusalem, with 31 Dec.1910 docketing at upper left, wax seal removed from top, with filing folds affecting franking.
