Palästina 1919 (Apr 23) Stampless O.H.M.S cover to “D.M.S, 1st Echelon, E.E.F” with Base A.P.O 2 c.d.s of Alexandria and boxed “AERIAL POST / E.E.F”, backstamped upon arrival with F.P.O GM1 skeleton (April 26) at Haifa, flown by the emergency R.A.F air mail service from Alexandria to Ramleh.
