Old German States Prussia 2 Sgr. black blue, fresh colors, on all sides untouched, minimal little stain dots is meaningless, without gum, in still perfect condition. The schwarzblaue colour counts to the all large rarities of the Old German States philately. There are very few unused copies from this known! Certificate with photograph Brettl BPP.
