ONLY TWO BEYROUTH COVERS ARE KNOWN SHOWING THE SPECIAL 1 PENCE BRITISH NAVY SEAMAN MILITARY RATE, this is the ONLY ONE CANCELLED IN MALTA. The other one was part of the famous Ellott collection. A GREAT SYRIA / LIBANON POSTAL HISTORY RARITY.
