Mongolia. Russian Post Office. Urga. 1897 (23 Aug.) a red band envelope to Peking bearing, on the reverse, Russian Arms 7k. blue in a vertical pair tied by Urga type 4 c.d.s. in rose-carmine; there is some worm damage on the address side and the despatch c.d.s. are not very clear, nevertheless a rare colour for this c.d.s.
