Description: 1968 (November 25) Whole Country is Red (Yang W14; Scott 999A), fresh unmounted mint example with very minute almost undetectable scuff mark on face, withdrawn on the first day of issuance due to design error, only 3,000 copies believed to have been sold over the post office counters in Beijing, majority being used as postage on domestic covers, very important and most sought after stamp in PRC philately.
