South Australia 1889, Insufficiently prepaid mourning letter sent June 25th from melbourne (Victoria) to Söderköping. For partly prepaid Characters the postage due what to be calculated as twice the missing postage. With 30 50 øre adhesives on revers neatly cancelled Söderköping 8. 8. 1889. The backflap has two large tears but are quiet complete. The only known letter from Victoria with postage due stamps.
