USA 1908-15 Washington-Franklin 1920, 2c deep rose, type Ia, imperf (Scott 482A), wavy black machine cancellation, tremendous example of this rare type Ia stamp, showing full Shermack type III perforations on both sides of the stamp; rare thus - as oftentimes this issue comes with the Shermack perforations only on one side; a large margined showpiece deserving placement in a collection of distinction, Very Fine, among the finest of the 40 known examples, with 1974 and 1993 P.F.C.’s and 2017 P.S.E. certificate.
