A RARE USE OF THE SCOTT NO. C22 AIR POST SURCHARGE ON COVER. ONLY FIVE COVERS ARE RECORDED, TWO OF WHICH ARE TO NEW YORK.^<#><#>Despite being addressed to New York, there is no indication of an onwards journey either by way of stamps or postal markings (similar on other recorded cover to New York).
