Larger breast shield 2 Gr. ultramarine (stamp with some toned), along with crown / eagle issue 50 Pf. yellow gray, both stamps turning into with single circle postmark LEIPZIG 22 2 75 with framed “registered” and registration label on folded letter to Milan, verso arrival postmark. Correctly franked 70 Pf. franking for a double weighty registered cover. An extremely rare mixed franking. Wiegand indicates 1998 the same franking on package card. Other combinations with this denomination value are multiple franking (2 insured letter, two overweight international letters and 2 package cards). Detailed certificate Eichele.
