With blue frame cancel. ‘Jever 6 / 2’ north, with reverse arrival stamp stamp perfect, the envelope with as usual traces of usage. Scarce franking-combination between of the first GA issue and the last postal stamps! Signed. And attest Brettl as well certificate with color photo Berger (from 12. August 2016) : 'a pronounced rare cover. From this mixed franking are so far very few pieces recorded. ’ a Gem for the sophisticated Oldenburg respectively Old German States collection.
