Trinidad. 1879-82 1d. rosy carmine (2, one bisected diagonally) used with ½d. and 1882 (May) “1d” in manuscript (ink run) on 6d. (4) on 1882 (26 Aug.) envelope registered to England, all clearly tied by c.d.s. and showing straight-line “registered” h.s. and red Registered London d.s.; the envelope a little discoloured and with flap missing, nevertheless a colourful and scarce franking.
