Philippines 1854, 10 cuartos dark carmine, a left and right margin block of 20 (4x5), unused no gum. Block torn horizontally in top and bottom row (repaired) also pos. 10 backed and few minor faults. Does not detract from the great rarity of this unit. Certs Comex (1984) and Graus (1987).
