United States 1902 1c black on buff, full-face McKinley postal card (USPCC S21), uncancelled, with printed address for Messrs. Booth, Dailey & Ivins in New York City, back of card with printed “garbage” form for dumping information to be filled out by the tug boat captain, bright shade with sharp edges, faint corner wrinkles, v.f. and scarce full-face McKinley “garbage” card. Only one box of 500 was inadvertently released from Washington and all were preprinted shortly after receipt. It is generally believed that there are about 150 surviving uncancelled cards, (Catalog value $ 3,500)
